Allahverdi Yolchuyev was born in Stenonovan, West Azerbaijan. He studied at the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1975-1980). He was a graduate of the Yakhontov competition of literary reciters held in Leningrad (1978-1979).

For some time he was a stage speech teacher at the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1982-1985).

He voiced various characters in dozens of radio plays on the Azerbaijan Radio. For many years he was the host of children's programs on the Azerbaijan State Television, such as "Layla", "Three Apples Fell from the Sky", "Ovchu Pirim".

He worked at the Sumgayit State Drama Theater, the Musical Comedy Theater. He is an actor of the "Vahid" Satire Theater. He works in the field of dubbing.
