Javan Zeynalli (Javanshir Zeynalli) was born in Baku.
He studied at the Asef Zeynalli Music College (1967), the Vocal Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Conservatory (1972).
He worked as a soloist at the Azerbaijan State Song Theater (1972-1976), the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic (1976), and the “Gaya” State Ensemble (1979-2001).
He is an Honored Artist (2006), People's Artist (2019).
