Azhdar Zeynalov

Azhdar Zeynalov was born in the village of Garagishlag, Zangibasar-Ulukhanli district of Western Azerbaijan.
He studied at the Drama and Cinema Acting Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1982-1988).
In 1982, he began his acting career at the Irevan State Azerbaijan Drama Theater. He stepped onto the big stage with the role of Adalat in the comedy “Let's Become Relatives” (Isi Malikzadeh).
He lived in Russia for a while. After a certain break, he resumed his work at the Irevan State Azerbaijan Drama Theater in 2007.
In 2013, he was invited to play the role of the Governor in the play “The Fate of the Craftsman” (Elchin) at the Academic National Drama Theater and continues to work on a contract basis until now.
