Elchin Elkhanli was born in Baku.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, Faculty of Directing, specializing in Television Director (2009-2013, Tariyel Valiyev's course).

He worked as a director, editor, cameraman, department head in Apro Group Production, Charkh Film (2011-2012), Aysa Production, Genc TV, Space TV, Art Global Production (2012-2013), Azad Azerbaijan TV (2013-2014), Region TV - Kanal-S (2014-2015), ARB TV (2016-2017), "Ish Media" (2018-2021) and other companies.

He was engaged in Latin American and Ballroom dances, was a member of the Renaissance dance group (2007-2012).

He lived in the United States for a while (2018), worked as a director at the "Maiden Tower Pictures" studio.

He has been the founder and head of Render edit studio since 2020.

He currently lives in Russia.
