Eldaniz Rasulov was born in Baku. He studied at the Drama and Film Acting Department of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1974). He worked at the film actor theater studio operating under the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio. He has been acting in films since 1971. He starred in the film “The Interviewed Man” (1986, directed by Yuri Marukhin) by Belarusian film producers. He actively participated in the dubbing process of films by Azerbaijani television and Lider television.

He is an Honored Artist (2008).
