Ellada Sarvan was born in the city of Dilijan, Western Azerbaijan.
She studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (2002-2006).
She worked at the Baku Municipal Theater. She is the author of plays, has directed performances. She is also engaged in dubbing and voice-over work. She is currently an employee of Baku TV.
