Intigam Soltan (Intigam Hasanli) was born in the village of Nurgud, Ordubad. He studied at the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts, majoring in Drama and Cinema Acting (1986-1990).

He worked as an actor at the Azerbaijan State Irevan Theater (1988-1995), the Youth Theater (1995-2002). Since 2002, he has been the director of the Baku Children's Theater, since 2020 the Baku Children and Youth Theater, and since 2022 the Mingachevir State Drama Theater.

He is an Honored Artist (2018).

Actor Intigam Soltan is the husband of screenwriter Arzu Soltan.
