Kamran Aghabalayev was born in Baku.

He studied at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University.

He worked for a short time - 15 days - at the Nizami District Court.

He took acting courses in the USA, Iran and Turkey.

He played the role of oligarch Kamil Aliyev in the film "Babu" (2013 / Belarus) made by foreign film producers, the role of a Russian captain in the film "Ali and Nino" (2015, director Asif Kapadia / Great Britain), the role of Chirkin in the film "Abandoned" (2015, director Korhan Ugur / Turkey), the role of Kazim in the series "Street of Istanbul" (2016, directors Faruk Teber, Adnan Güler / Turkey), the role of Kamuran in the film "Gızgaçıran" (2016, director Korhan Ugur / Turkey), the role of Kara Efe in the film "Atçalı kel Mehmet" (2017, director Hakan Şahin / Turkey), the role of Bayazid aga in the series "My Brother 2" (2017, director Mert Baykal / Turkey), and the role of Bayazid aga in the series "Jennifer" (2022, director Ivan Shuurkhovedsky / Russia).

His plays “The Tale of Prince Khazar”, “Animals - The Investigation Continues”, “Code Name: Bald, Scythe, Spring Girl” were staged at the Azerbaijan State Young Spectator Theater.

He was awarded the “Best Actor” award at the Eskişehir International Film Festival in Turkey for his role as Chirkin in the film “Abandoned”.

He was awarded the “For Contemporary Thinking in the Audiovisual Field” award by the “AzerNewMedia” company (2019).

He is currently a presenter on Baku TV.
