Mehman Piriyev (Mehman Dilgamoghlu) was born in Tovuz.

He studied at the Faculty of Theater and Film Acting of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1997-2001).

He has been working on the professional stage since 1999. He worked at the Irevan State Theater (2001-2005), the Baku Children's Theater (2005-2010).

For a while he worked at CNF Production.

He hosted various programs on Azerbaijan Television, Region TV, ARB24 television.
