Murad Shukurlu was born in Ali-Bayramli (now Shirvan city).

He studied directing at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2019-2023), and MBA at the Baku Engineering University (2023-2025).

He worked at the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations (2020-2023), the Impact Agency (2022-2023), and as a department head of the Cinema Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (2023-2024).

He is currently the public relations manager of the Eco Hub project.
