He studied at the Higher Diplomatic College, the Azerbaijan Academy of Public Administration, and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service.

He was a member of the Baku Boys SHK team.

He heads Ultra Production.

He was awarded the "Progress" (Taraggi) medal (2018).
