Shabnam Huseynova was born in Agdam.

She studied at the Faculty of Drama and Film Acting of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1998-2002).

She worked at the Baku Chamber Theater (1999-2009). Since 2009, she has been an employee of the Azerbaijan State Theater for Young Spectators.

She was the host of the cultural news program "Biz" on "Lider" television (2000-2001).

Actress Shabnam Huseynova is the wife of actor Shovgi Huseynov.
