AUF WILL TRANSLATE SYD FIELD'S BESTSELLER BOOK INTO AZERBAIJAN FOR THE FIRST TIME

The Union of Cinematographers of Azerbaijan has acquired the rights to translate and publish the world-famous bestseller Sid Field's book "The Basic Rules of Screenwriting" into Azerbaijani for a period of 5 years for the first time in the history of Azerbaijani cinema.
The book was first published in 1979. By 2003, the book had sold half a million copies. It is widely used as a textbook in more than 400 universities and colleges around the world.
The author is an internationally renowned screenwriter, producer, mentor, lecturer and author of several bestselling books. One of these books, "The Basic Rules of Screenwriting", has been translated into 22 languages ​​to date, the 23rd language being Azerbaijani.
He worked as a script consultant at Roland Joffé's film production company, as well as at well-known studios such as 20th Century Fox, Disney Studios, Universal Pictures and Tri-Star Pictures. Sid Field was the first person to be inducted into the Screenwriters Hall of Fame by the Screenwriters Association of America.
