Aghasadig Garaybayli was born in Shamakhi (now the village of Geraybeyli in the Ismayilli region). After the Shamakhi earthquake, they moved to Baku. He studied in the same class as Jafar Jabbarli at school. He performed in the amateur drama club led by Huseyn Arablinski (1910-1912), and later in the theater troupes of the "Nicat" and "Safa" societies, Zulfugar and Uzeyir Hajibeyovs. In 1921, he played the role of the cheerful Iskander in the play "The Dead" (Jalil Mammadguluzade).

He was an actor of the Baku Free Criticism and Propaganda Theater (1921-1933), and since 1932, of the Azerbaijan State Drama Theater.

Honored Artist (1936), People's Artist (1940) Agasadig Geraybeyli died in 1988.
