Bahruz Vagifoghlu (Bahruz Ahmadli) was born in Zangilan. He has lived in Baku since 1993.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, specializing in musical theater directing (2004-2008, Faig Zohrabov's course).

He took his first steps in acting in the drama club led by Vahid Aliyev, then became a member of the drama club led by Imran Vahabov at the Narimanov District Children's Creativity Center.

He worked at the Nasiba Zeynalova "Heaven" People's Theater (2003-2005), the Azerbaijan State Academic National Drama Theater (2005-2006).

Since 2006, he has been an actor at the State Pantomime Theater. Since 2009, he has also worked as a director in the same theater, directing performances.

He has starred in commercials and music videos.

He starred in the British film "Ali and Nino" (2015, directed by Asif Kapadia).

He teaches at the Zarifa Aliyeva School and the Azerbaijan State Conservatory (since 2017).

He was the director of the program "Kinokitab" broadcast on Culture TV (2021-2023).

He is an Honored Artist (2016).
