Chinara Nusratli

Chinara Nusratli (Chinara Mustafayeva) was born in the city of Mingachevir.

She studied at the Faculty of Creativity of Baku Slavic University (2014-2016), Baku Business University (2023), and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (2024-2028, ongoing).

She worked as a screenwriter and head of the script group at the “Oscar Production” company.

She began her artistic creativity in the early 2000s. She writes under the pseudonym Nusratli. Her first story, “Umid,” was published in the “Kaspi” newspaper (2010). She regularly appears in the local press. She has literary translations into Turkish and from Turkish into Azerbaijani.

She was awarded the Presidential Scholarship (2016), and the title of “Youth of the Year” of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (2018).

She is currently the founder and director of the “Mahud” national clothing brand.
