Elshan Shikhaliyev

Elshan Shikhaliyev (Elshan Telmanoghlu) was born in Goychay.

He studied at the Faculty of Drama and Film Acting of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1990-1995).

Since 1992, he has worked at the Camera Theater and the Tanqid-Tabligh Theater. Since 1999, he has been an actor at the Azerbaijan State Theater of Young Spectators.
