Husniya Maharramova

Husniya Maharramova was born in Baku.

She studied at the piano class of Sharoyev Music School No. 35 (1998), the Acting Faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (1999-2003), the Solo Singing Faculty of the Baku Music Academy (2003-2007), and the Master's degree of the Faculty of Musicology of the Azerbaijan State University of Arts and Culture.

She was awarded 3rd place in the "Sing Your Song" competition. She performed at many classical music concerts.

She worked as a producer, presenter, and deputy director of the Department of Musical and Entertainment Programs on public television (2005-2014). She worked as the Executive Director of the Baku branch of "Euromedia" (2014-2016), the host of Azad Azerbaijan TV (2013-2019), the Head of the International Relations and Protocol Department of Azerbaijan TV (2019-2020), the host (2019-2020), the member of the Supervisory Board, commentator, host, member of the delegation (2008-2012) and the host (2012-2014, 2019) of the Eurovision Song Contest. 

She currently lives in the United States.
