Jalaladdin Gasimov was born in Tovuz. He studied History at Azerbaijan State University, the Ukrainian Academy of International Law, and the Azerbaijan Police Academy.

He has worked in police agencies since 1997.

He is also engaged in artistic creativity. He is the author of several novels, short stories, and numerous articles. His writings are regularly published in newspapers, magazines, and internet portals. The books “27 Years Later,” “Chingiz Khan’s Treasure” (2013), “Unrevealed Secrets of Our History” (2015), “Hearts Beating for the Fatherland” (2015), and “Diary of a Chief” (2019) have been published.

He is the vice president of the International Kashgari Foundation, a researcher and writer, and a police major.

He has been working in the field of cinema since 2017.
