Shusha speaking and shows (2024)
The film is about the activities of the Shusha Radio-Television Broadcasting Station. The hero of the film is a former employee of the station, engineer Fazil Hasanov. The fate of the station unfolds against the backdrop of the events that took place in Karabakh, Shusha and Azerbaijan in general over the past 60 years. The Shusha Radio-Television Broadcasting Station acted as the only television information source during the January events of 1990 - when the power unit of the State Television was blown up.
The film includes interviews with current employees of the Broadcasting Station, as well as journalist Bakhtiyar Garaja, director Alimursal Huseynov, who was once seconded there, and people who collaborated with the Shusha station.
The film was shot with the support of Cinema Agency of Republic of the Azerbaijan.
The film was shot in Baku and Shusha.
