Alisurat Mammadov (Alisurat Mammadzadeh / Ali Surat) was born in the village of Babaser, Masalli.
He studied at the Azerbaijan State Theater Institute (1983-1987, course of Mehdi Mammadov and Zamina Hajiyeva).
He starred in the Russian film "Sovda" (1985, directed by Mikhail Vedishev) as an Italian police officer.
