Altay Yashar

Altay Yashar (Altay Safarov) was born in Baku.

He received a degree in technical operation of automobile vehicles from Azerbaijan Technical University, and a master's degree in international law and politics from Azerbaijan University.

He worked as a referent, senior referent at the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Missing and Hostage Citizens, vice-president of the International Journal "Azerbaijan Dunyasiya" and the National Foundation "Dede Gorgud", founder and head of "Ozan production", and an employee of the Chronicles Department of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS. He has completed a number of state and academic courses. He is known as a songwriter. Currently, he heads the Business Development Department as the head of the Public Relations Department of Gunay Bank OJSC.
