Anvar Sadigov was born in Baku.
He worked as the head of the accordion club at the H.Z. Tagiyev Textile Combine. In 1990, he worked at the Azerbaijan State Song Theater, and since 1994, he has been working with Brilliant Dadashova. In 1997, he participated in a joint project of Azerbaijani art representatives with the Norwegian “Skruk” choir. He is the artistic director of the “Gaytaghi” instrumental ensemble.
Laureate of the “Humay” award (2007), People's Artist (2014).
