Asif Adil (Asif Rahimov) was born in the village of Gumlag, Oghuz region.
He studied at the Department of Theater Collective Director of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1998-2002).
Since 2003, he has worked as an actor at the Baku Municipal Theater.
He works as a director and second director in many films.
