Bakhtiyar Sharifzadeh (Bakhtiyar Sharifov) was born in the village of Gulluk, Gakh.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1984).

For a long time he worked on Azerbaijani television as a radio announcer, actor who voiced film and program texts.

Honored Artist (1998) Bakhtiyar Sharifzadeh died in 2016 and was buried in Gakh.
