Chingiz Mutallimov was born in Baku.

He studied at the Azerbaijan Technical University.

During his student years, he was involved in “KVN” (Chess and Witty Club).

He worked on Khazar TV (2013-2021) as a screenwriter, reporter and actor in the “5de5” program.

Since 2013, he has been working as a screenwriter as part of the “Gelem” scriptwriting group.

He is a participant in “Stand-up Baku”.
