Elvin Pasha (Elvin Talibov) was born in the village of Kepanekchi, Bolnisi district, Georgia.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

He worked as a screenwriter at ATV, Space TV and Khazar TV. He worked as the art director of STV (2021-2022). He was a scriptwriter, editor-in-chief, presenter and actor of programs broadcast on various television channels. He is a member of the editorial board of “Ulduz” magazine. His books have been published. He acted as the head and screenwriter of the “Hekayem var” stand-up project, a participant in “Stand-up Baku”. He is the author of numerous advertising films.
