Elvin Pasha (Elvin Talibov) was born in the village of Kepanekchi, Bolnisi district, Georgia.
He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
He writes poems and is the author of two books: "Black Box", "Almaphobia". He is a member of the editorial board of the "Ulduz" magazine. He works as a freelance screenwriter for ATV, Space TV and Khazar TV. He worked as the art director of STV (2021-2022). He was the scriptwriter of the programs "Gızdırma" (STV), "Medkomedi" (STV), the editor-in-chief of the programs "Qısagapanma" (ATV), "Uşak orasan" (YouTube), the scriptwriter and host of the program "Dördün ağı" (Space TV), the scriptwriter and actor of the programs "Zarafatyana" (2023, Space TV), "Zarafatxana". He performed as a project manager and scriptwriter of the stand-up concert "Hekayem var", a participant in "Stand-up Baku". He is the author of numerous advertising films.
