Kamran Ibrahimkhalilov was born in Ganja.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts as a Carpet Artist (2001-2005).

He worked as an assistant artist, set designer at the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio (2007-2012), production designer at private film studios, chief artist at the “ARB Sheki” TV channel (2013-2017), trainer and chief trainer at the “ABAD” Ceramics and Applied Arts Center opened in Sheki (2018-2019).

Since 2019, he has been working as a senior specialist in quality control at the “ABAD” Ceramics and Applied Arts Center in Sheki.
