Kamran Israfilov was born in Baku.
He studied theater collective director (bachelor's degree, 1996-2000) and theater studies (master's degree, 2000-2002) at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art.
For a while, he worked as an actor at the Azerbaijan State Puppet Theater. Later, he worked on public television and hosted children's programs. He closely participated in covering the Novruz Spring Festival, held at the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the concert held at the UNESCO headquarters in Strasbourg with the participation of the Azerbaijan State Youth Symphony Orchestra and Children's Choir under the name "Angels of Goodwill of Azerbaijan", and other events. He was the director of the Children's Theater-Studio. He worked as the artistic director of the Mardakan Palace of Culture (2016-2018). Here he founded the "Kam-Kam" Children's Theater Studio.
Kamran Israfilov died in 2018.
