Maya Vorobjanskaya (Maya Dedunina) was born in Baku.
She studied at the Baku Construction College.
She worked at the Young Spectators Theater (1997-2007). Since 2008, she has been an actress at the Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theater.
She played the role of a court clerk in the TV series “Count Krestovsky” (2004, director Ramiz Fataliyev / Russia) by foreign film producers.
