Natalya Shneyer was born in Baku.
She studied at the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (1959).
She was a member of the script-editorial staff of the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio. She worked in the Union of Cinematographers of Azerbaijan and in the “Kino” newspaper.
Honored Worker of Culture (2012) Natalya Shneyer died in 2019.
