Nofal Valiyev

Nofal Valiyev was born in the village of Lekchiplag, Goychay.
He studied at the Faculty of Drama and Film Acting of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1994).
Since 1991, he has been an actor of the Baku Chamber Theater, and since 2009, of the Azerbaijan State Theater of Young Spectators. He is a laureate of the Dostoevsky International Festival (2006, Russia).
Since 2019, he has been engaged in pedagogical activities, teaching at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art.
He has directed plays at the Theater of Young Spectators and in Turkey. The plays “The Latecomers” and “The Runaway Old Men” were awarded in the nomination “Best Director's Work” (2015, Turkey).
He is an Honored Artist (2002).
Actor Nofal Valiyev is the husband of actress Leyli Valiyeva.
