Ramiz Abdullayev was born in the Mashtaga settlement of Baku.
He studied at the Baku Railway Technical School (1970-1975) and the “Science and Education Center Tafekkur” University (1995-1999).
His plays have been staged and more than 250 songs have been composed based on his poems. Since 1996, he has been working as the Deputy Chief of the Transportation Process Management Union of the Azerbaijan State Railway. He is a laureate of the “Golden Pen” award.
