Ravan Elshadoglhu (Rec Ravan / Ravan Jabbarov) was born in Sheki.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Architecture and Construction (2010).

Since 2011, he has worked in the television field as a chief graphic designer, chief director, project manager, and head of department. In 2014, he founded the “Recfilms” studio. In this studio, he is engaged in short films, commercials, and post-production work.
