Rufat Nazar (Rufat Nazarov) was born in Baku.

He studied at the Directing Faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Arts.

Since 2000, he has been an actor at the Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theater.

He starred in the series “We Declare War on You” (2010, directed by Igor Kholodkov) by Russian film producers.

He was a TV presenter. He starred in various commercials.
