Samandar Rzayev (II)

Samandar Rzayev was born in Baku.

While studying in high school, he participated in the Cheerful and Quick-witted Club (SHK). He has performed in Russia many times with the “Neftchi Baku” team. He was a participant in the humor cup of “Planet Parni iz Baku”. The show “Samandarman” was broadcast on television.
