Sevinj Aziz (Sevinj Mehraliyeva / Sevinj Rzayeva) was born in Baku.
She studied at the Faculty of Drama and Film Acting of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1998).
Since 1995, she has been an actress of the Young Spectators Theater.
