Shahin Gahraman (Shahin Rahimov / Shahin Gahramanoghlu) was born in the Mashtaga settlement of Baku.
He studied film directing at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1996-2000).
He worked at ANS television (2005-2009) and Azad Azerbaijan television (2009-2011).
Director Shahin Gahraman is the brother of director Sain Gahramanoghlu.
