Ali Azeri was born in Baku.
He studied at the Jamshid Nakhchivanski Military Lyceum (1987), the Tambov Higher Military Aviation School of Pilots as a pilot, specializing in aviation management (1987-1991).
He began his career at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan (1992-1998). He worked as an editor at Azerbaijan Television (2002-2012), a director, video editor, technical director at 215 KL studio (2003-2012), the Azerbaijani representative of the 20th Century Fox studio (2004-2014), an editor at Air Group (2013-2016), a video editor at Salnamefilm studio (2016-2017), and the head of the technical department at Air Group (2017).
Ali Azeri died in 2021.
