Elnur Aliyev was born in Gadabay.
He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, specializing in television directing (2000-2004, 2004-2006 - master).
He worked at the “Film” Producer Center (2004-2005), as a director and screenwriter at the “Mozalan” Satirical Film Journal (2005-2006), as an editing specialist at the ADMİU (2005-2009), and as a producer at the “Bakifilm” film studio (2007-2008).
He is the founder of the “Old city film” film company.
Currently, he is a director at the “Primyer Cinema” film company.
