Fikrat Mammadov was born in Baku.
He studied at the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography and the Azerbaijan State Theater Institute.
He starred in the Belarusian film “The Interviewee” (1986, directed by Yuri Marukhin, Belarusfilm).
He was awarded the “Golden Fairy” award for the script of the film “Ol” (2018, together with Namig Aghayev).
Fikrat Mammadov died in 2021.
Actor Fikrat Mammadov is the son of film producer Ali Mammadov.
