Firdovsi Atakishiyev

Firdovsi Atakishiyev was born in Ganja.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts as a drama and film actor (1992, Nasir Sadiqzadeh's course).

He played in performances at the Academic National Drama Theater and the UNS Theater. He was a program host on Lider TV. He starred in the role of an observer in the series "Drongo" (2002, director Zinoviy Royzman) made by Russian film producers, and in the role of Lieutenant Colonel Isa in the series "Russian Translation" (2006, director Aleksandr Chernyayev). Since 1992, he has been working at the Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theater.

He is an Honored Artist (2008).
