Firuz Khudaverdiyev was born in the village of Gobu, Baku.
He studied at the Faculty of Drama and Film Acting of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1969).
He was assigned to the Mingachevir State Drama Theater (1969-1976). From 1976 until the end of his life, he worked at the Academic National Drama Theater.
Honored Artist (2002) Firuz Khudaverdiyev died in 2017 and was buried in Gobu.
