Kurchayli Mammadov

Kurchayli Mammadov was born in Salyan.
He studied directing at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2014-2019, 2020-2022-master's degree).
In different years, he worked as a correspondent, presenter, editor, editor-in-chief, head of the creative department, director at ARB, Southern ARB, Channel S, Caucasus television, Azerbaijan Creative Foundation and socio-political and literary portals, and as an artistic director at the Salyan District Cultural Center. Since 2024, he has been the head of the Salyan State Art Gallery. At the same time, he is the communications manager of the Shirvan-Salyan Regional Department of Culture. He is a director of films, etudes, programs, clips and theater performances. His films have been awarded awards.
