Lala Adalatgizi (Lala Fatullayeva / Lala Najafova) was born in the village of Birinci Garali, Neftchala district.

She studied at the Faculty of Journalism of Baku State University (1994-1998, 2004-2007-master's degree).

Since 1994, her articles have been published in the newspaper "Baku University" of BSU. He worked as a correspondent for the “Biznes Press” newspaper (1995), a correspondent for the “Adalat” newspaper (1996), a correspondent for the “TV-Tell” magazine (1999), a correspondent and presenter for Sara TV (1999), a correspondent for the “Günay” newspaper (1999), a correspondent and presenter for the “Internews Network” organization (2000), a presenter for Lider television (2005), the editor-in-chief of the “Bizim Sahar” program of Azad Azerbaijan television (2011), and the chief producer at “Fatiyev production” (2012). He was a presenter, producer, project manager, editor and scriptwriter for various programs, and a scriptwriter for holiday programs and events.

Since 2008, he has been providing professional training for young people in journalism and the profession of presenter at “Internews Azerbaijan”.

He was awarded the Hasan bey Zardabi Prize of the Azerbaijan Journalists Union (2003).
