Matlab Yusifli was born in Baku.
He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, majoring in Culture Management (2007-2011).
He worked as an assistant cameraman at the Baku Media Center (2014-2019), and as a camera technician at the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio (2022).
He works with various productions as a cameraman, focus puller, and camera technician.
