Melekkhanim Eyubova (Melekkhanim Eyyubova) was born in Shamakhi.

She studied at a 5-year music school specializing in accordion, at the Faculty of Musical Comedy Acting of the Azerbaijan State University of Arts (1979-1984).

She was a soloist of the children's choir led by Afsar Javanshirov, a member of the "Irs" folklore ensemble (1980-1985). Since 1985, she has been a soloist of the Said Rustamov Folk Instruments Orchestra at the Azerbaijan State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, as well as a member of the Jabbar Qaryagdioglu mugham trio. In 1995, she performed the role of Leyli in the opera "Leyli and Majnun" (U. Hajibeyov) at the Azerbaijan State Opera and Ballet Theater.

She teaches mugham at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, is a professor.
