Mugaddas Shahbazov

Mugaddas Shahbazov was born in the Larmarud village of Lerik.

He studied at the Faculty of Journalism of Azerbaijan State University (1983-1990).

He worked as a translator in the editorial office of the “Kimyaçı” newspaper, an editor in the editorial office of the Chemical Industry Production Union radio broadcasts, a correspondent in the editorial office of the “Ana sozü” magazine, deputy editor-in-chief in the editorial office of the “Haray” newspaper, assistant to the head of the Sumgayit city Executive Power, deputy head of the Sumgayit city agency of the “Azermatbuatyayımı” Production Union (1988-1998), editor in the “Azerbaijan” editorial office of Lider television (2002-2007), and editor-in-chief of the “Sineman” magazine. He has been working at Public Television since 2021.
