Ofeliya Aslan (Ofeliya Afganli / Ofelya Aslanova) was born in Baku.
She studied at the Musical Comedy Actor's Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1977-1983).
She worked at the Guba State Drama Theater (1956-1958), the Azerbaijan State Theater for Young Spectators (1958-1961). Since 1962, she has been singing in the choir of the Musical Comedy Theater. She worked as an actor at the Azerbaijan State Puppet Theater (1965-1968). From 1968 until the end of her life, she was an actress at the Azerbaijan State Musical Comedy Theater (with breaks). Her first role was the image of Lala in the comedy "Durna". She appeared on stage at the Theater for Young Spectators in the role of Alish - a boy in the play "Nasreddin" (Yusif Azimzade) (1962). She performed the role of Bibikhanim in the play “Mama, or Genius” (Rauf Hajiyev) staged at the Moscow Operetta Theater. After a long break, she returned to the theater in 1997 and continued her work until the end of her life.
Actress Ofeliya Aslan died in 2010 and was buried in the Yasamal cemetery.
Actress Ofeliya Aslan is the daughter of actor Rza Afganli and artist Badura Afganli.
Actress Ofeliya Aslan was the wife of actor Sayavush Aslan.
