Roza Taghiyeva

Roza Taghiyeva was born in Agjabadi.

She studied at the Russian language faculty of the Azerbaijan Institute of Languages ​​(1959-1964).

In 1962, she won the announcer competition held by the Azerbaijan State Television and Radio Company. From the third year, she was accepted as an announcer at the State Television and Radio Committee. Since then, she has been collaborating with Azerbaijani television and radio.

Honored Artist (1981), People's Artist (1991). She was awarded the 1st degree "Labor" Order (2025).

Announcer Roza Taghiyeva was the wife of announcer Rafig Huseynli.
